Return & Refund Policy
WARRANTY
We offer 24 months warranty. In the unlikely event your sign arrives faulty or whilst under warranty, please take a video of the damaged part of the product when it arrives, and then send the video and order number to us by email: service@yneon.com to get in touch with us. We will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the defective part.
CANCEL ORDER
For all products, within 24 hours after placing the order, you can cancel the order by contacting us at service@yneon.com before our factory starts producing the customized product, otherwise, we cannot cancel the order for you once the production starts.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
We can return the item for you in the following cases
- Damaged in transit
- The item received does not match the purchased item at all
If you encounter the above situation. Please contact us by email at service@YNeon.com within 7 days from the receipt of the package.We will reply to you within 1-2 business days, and after the return is confirmed, we will replace it for you free of charge and arrange the production return procedure immediately.
Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem, then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we receive the required information, we will reply to you within 1-2 business days.
- If a return has been agreed, please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its original packaging.
- If a return has been agreed, the faulty item must be returned for inspection by YNeon within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If a replacement has been agreed, YNeon will arrange production immediately and ship immediately after production is complete.
- If a full or partial refund has been agreed, YNeon will contact you via email. For the specific refund/return time limit, please refer to the refund terms below.
REFUND
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Due to customs, the return time may take 10-20 business days (from the time YNeon agrees to return the item), and the refund amount will also appear in your account 1-30 days after YNeon agrees to refund, depending on the payment method.
